Old Marylebone Town Hall Wedding • An Intimate Wedding • Nasim and Ali

Nasim and Ali had the most beautiful intimate wedding day during the Covid-19 pandemic. They were determined to get married and not to delay it, and having Nasim’s father there was so important and meant everything to them so I was delighted to be on board to capture all the beautiful touching moments of the day. Only being allowed a very limited amount of people at Old Marylebone Town Hall they had more people met them outside afterwards for a confetti throw, which made this a real celebratory moment.

The town hall is a beautiful backdrop and one of my favourite registry offices in London due to the stunning columns and also because of the back streets around it that provide such beautiful backdrops.

Nasim and Ali tied the knot and went straight into some fab couple photos right outside the town hall. They then headed straight to a Persian restaurant to celebrate with their family. The set up was intimate but no less meaningful, there was cake, balloons, dancing, tears and laughter. I know a lot of people moved their wedding dates as it wouldn’t have been the wedding they dreamed of, but this wedding during harsh restrictions had no less emotion or feeling, and actually had a beautiful je n c’est pas about it. Time doesn’t wait, and Nasim and Ali were over the moon that they had their families around them to witness them getting married - it meant the world to them, and it really showed.
